Power over negative thoughts

We’re action packed beings. Our existence is a combination of thinking, feeling, and doing.
Those actions can lead to a life that’s meaningful or a life that is uncertain.
The nucleus of it all is in our thoughts.
While it’s easier said than done, getting closer to desirable behavior and self-protective thoughts, requires some tweaking; challenging your current thinking if you will and replacing old thoughts with new.
An effective clinical tool providers often use is reframing.
According to the Oxford dictionary, Reframing means to frame or express words or a concept or a plan differently.
Here are a few examples of ways to reframe thoughts:
No one wants me=I want a connection with people who share the same values. I’m unique, so it may be a journey to meet who serves worthy.
I can’t do anything right= I may have some challenges but success comes with some errors along the way.
I’m broke and I’m stuck = I wonder what are some other options and support to get where I want to be financially?
The gag is.... your feelings remain the same but the outcome of how your feelings affect you are more likely to have a different outcome.

What are some examples how you can reframe a thought or encourage others to do the same?
